This new $7 billion company combines the agribusiness units from Novartis and AstraZenica, focused on global crop protection, 'seed solutions and sustainable agriculture.'

First Impressions:
Brilliant name, even if it does touch on politically loaded thoughts like synthetic and genetic; it's honest!

And the logo design properly focuses on the name itself, kissing it with green... restrained, proud and very effective.
